Dan LaMountain

Dan LaMountain, director of advertising and website design, is responsible for all facets of the award-winning Max Spann advertising department. This includes development of the creative graphics, web design, advertising, and internet marketing.

A graduate of Kutztown University with a bachelor's degree in advertising, Mr. LaMountain also was the quarterback for the Division II NCAA football team from 1975-77. Prior to joining Max Spann, Mr. LaMountain worked for advertising agencies, packaging, printing, and point of purchase companies. LaMountain's experience includes real estate, builders and developers, insurance, education, financial, travel and entertainment, medical, retail, non-profits and business to business.

Bruno Tedeschi

Bruno Tedeschi, director of communications, is responsible for all facets of public relations, communication strategy and media relations.

Prior to affiliating with Max Spann, Mr. Tedeschi spent 18 years in the media industry, including stints as city editor of The Star-Ledger, New Jersey's largest newspaper, and Statehouse bureau chief of The Bergen Record. He is an experienced communications professional who has worked in a wide variety of industries, including real estate, development, insurance, accounting and education.

Mr. Tedeschi graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor's degree in chemistry and philosophy and from New York University with a master's degree in journalism.

Barbara Gerhardt

Barbara Gerhardt, executive administrative manager, is responsible for the oversight of intercompany office management and is a direct liaison to the Chairman and President.

Ms. Gerhardt, who has more than 35 years experience in office administration and management, joined Max Spann 10 years ago. She is a licensed real estate associate.

Nally Steeves

Nally Steeves, project manager and closing coordinator, is responsible for assisting with auction preparation, communicating auction information to customers, and aiding customers throughout the closing process.

Ms. Steeves received her bachelor's degree from Ithaca College in business administration with a concentration in management. Outside of the classroom, she was a helpdesk consultant for Information Technology Services and a member of the School of Business Peer Advisors, a student run organization focusing on mentoring incoming freshman. Ms. Steeves is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey.

Susan Kramer Dann

Susan Kramer Dann, project manager, helps to execute the firm's auction process by writing, editing, designing and proofreading collateral and marketing materials.

Ms. Kramer Dann provides customer service and sales support prior to, during, and after an auction event. Before joining the team, Ms. Kramer Dann worked in the technology consulting industry.

Ms. Kramer Dann is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and she is a Member of the National Auctioneer Association. Ms. Kramer Dann graduated magna cum laude from Gwynedd-Mercy College with a bachelor's degree in business administration and from Temple University with an interior design certificate.

Maria Waclawski

Maria Waclawski, project manager, assists with pre-auction events, such as open houses, and assists at the auction itself, ensuring bidders and guests have everything they need to participate.

Ms. Waclawski's background is in administration and event marketing. Her experience includes 20 years of project managing and executing major national and international events. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania. Ms. Waclawski is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College with a degree in marketing.
