Norman Zimmer

Norman Zimmer is the Managing Director of Operations and Broker Associate for the Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co. Mr. Zimmer leads the bankruptcy and reorganization initiative. Mr. Zimmer oversees and coordinates the auction marketing campaign process, online bidding, website development, internal corporate systems, and client database. His responsibilities include assisting with e-marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), property management, and individual client sales. Mr. Zimmer has twenty years experience in marketing, website development, CRM systems, corporate website coordination, business systems consulting, and business development management.

Mr. Zimmer has a bachelor's degree from the University of Hartford and master's in business administration from Fordham University. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA). He is a New Jersey licensed real estate Broker Associate and a Pennsylvania licensed real estate salesperson.

Glen McDonald

Glen McDonald, Managing Director of Business Development, heads up the firms initiatives involving builders/developers and lender portfolio workouts. Mr. McDonald has more than 20 years of diverse experience in residential and commercial real estate as a builder, developer, land acquisition/ disposition specialist, and sales/marketing executive.

During his career, Mr. McDonald has purchased, entitled, built and managed the development of hundreds of residential units and numerous award-winning resort communities on behalf of various entities. His multi-faceted experience includes land acquisition/ disposition, financing, product design/development, site improvements, asset management, sales, marketing, homeowner association management and commercial leasing.

Mr. McDonald is frequently interviewed and featured for both his expertise in the real estate industry and accelerated marketing.

Mr. McDonald is a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in engineering with a concentration in architecture. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and licensed auctioneer in North Carolina. In addition, he is a member of the Builders League of South Jersey (BLSJ), the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate

Jeffrey Freireich

Jeffrey Freireich, managing director of business development, heads up Max Spann's New York City office and is responsible for its national operations.

Mr. Freireich has extensive experience and expertise in the real estate industry. He was formerly affiliated with the Kushner Companies for more than 20 years as an owner and partner, responsible for real estate land acquisitions, development, entitlements and general operations. Under his direction, the company expanded to became one of the largest real estate owners and developers in the Northeast.

Freireich received his master's in business administration in finance from New York University Graduate School of Business, and his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law. He served for eight years as a member of the Planning Board of Livingston, N.J., and served on the Land Use and Planning Committee of the New Jersey Builders Association, Community Builders Association of New Jersey, National Association of Home Builders, Board of Governors of Cathedral Healthcare Systems, Urban Development/Mixed Use Council of the Urban Land Institute.

Freireich is a frequent guest on CNBC to comment on various real estate matters. He has also been quoted in many national publications and has been a panelist and speaker for numerous national and local organizations on real estate issues.

Debbie Cangi

Debbie Cangi, Regional Director Business Development, has an exceptional 26 year career in marketing and advertising. Formerly of the Star Ledger as Advertising Account Executive, she specialized in servicing the print and internet advertising needs of the New Jersey real estate community. She has worked with new home builders, marketing directors, property managers, commercial and industrial real estate developers and brokers as a dedicated and trusted marketing team member. Representing NJ.com, the state's largest website, she offered digital advertising opportunities including impression campaigns, search marketing, behavioral targeting and interactive programs. She has always been passionate about working within the real estate community and has been especially creative in helping clients achieve sales goals during challenging times.

Ms. Cangi is a member of the N.J. Builders Association, Shore Builders Association of Central Jersey, Community Builders Association, and ICREW (Industrial & Commercial Executive Women). She is a NJ licensed real estate salesperson. She was honored with the Individual Outstanding Achievement Award by the Shore Builders Association of Central Jersey, 2007. Ms. Cangi graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, concentration in marketing.
