| Mr. Spann, C.A.I. & A.A.R.E., Chairman
of the Company, graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Agriculture
and course work including Real Estate Appraisal, I & II. He also graduated
from Indiana University Certified Auctioneers Institute and the Missouri
Auction School. He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey
for 40 years. He also holds Broker's licenses in Pennsylvania and New York.
Mr. Spann, who is nationally renowned as an expert in Real Estate, has served as past President of the New Jersey Farm and Land Brokers. He is a member of numerous professional associations which include the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, the National Association of Home Builders, the New Jersey Builders Association, the National Association of Auctioneers, the National Institute of Farm and Land Brokers, National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors, Tri-State Commercial Real Estate Brokers Association, as well as other local and national associations. Mr. Spann has also appeared as an expert witness before county and state tax boards. Through his years of association with major builders and contractors

Max Spann, Jr. is a partner and President of the Max Spann Auction Co. Mr. Spann is the President of New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers (NJSSA), and has over 20 years of diverse experience in commercial and residential real estate as a broker, developer, site acquisition officer, and, marketing executive. During his career he has purchased and managed development of thousands of residential units and hundreds of thousands of square feet of various commercial space on behalf of various entities. His multi-faceted experience includes acquisition, tenant/landlord representation, financing, development, asset management and commercial leasing. He is widely considered the major authority on marketing real estate at auction in the greater New York-Philadelphia metro area. Prior to joining Max Spann Auction Co., Mr. Spann, was a regional Vice President of a national auction company and was directly involved in the sale of over a $500 million dollars of real estate on the behalf of developers, lending institutions and various governmental institutions. Mr. Spann is a graduate of Fairfield University, a graduate of the New York University School of Real Estate, a candidate for the Certified Auctioneer Institute degree, and, graduate of the Missouri Auction School. In addition he is a member of National Auctioneers Association, a Board Director of the New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers, ICSC, BOMA, NAIOP and the National Home Builders Association. |
Robert Dann is Vice President of Operations for Max Spann Auction Company. Mr. Dann oversees and coordinates all aspects of the auction marketing/campaign process and directs the sales team personnel. Specifically, his responsibilities include: Management of the inside Sales Staff, Marketing, Coordination of Open Houses and Auction Logistics. Supporting his role as Operations Director,
Mr. Dann has seven years of experience in construction/property management
and 19 years experience in marketing. Mr. Dann is a New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania
licensed real estate salesperson, and a member of the Hunterdon County Realtors Association. Mr. Dann has sold hundreds of properties at auction and is a member of the board of trustees for the New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers, a member of the National Auctioneers
Association and Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association, and an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE). Mr. Dann is a graduate
of Gwynedd Mercy College in Gwynedd Valley, Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Marketing Concetration. Mr. Dann is an Adjunct Instructor for the Pennsylvania Auctioneer Licensing Course at Reading Area Community College. |
Earle R. Steeves III is a Vice President, and Broker Associate of Max Spann Real Estate Co. in Clinton, New Jersey. His recent experiences include the evaluation, listing, marketing, and sale of real estate. He is also recognized as a specialist in financial and business consulting. Earle Steeves has over 25 years of experience in farm finance and real estate, including 20 years as President and CEO of Farm Credit of North Central Jersey, ACA, a cooperative agricultural financial institution with over $160 Million in outstanding loans. His experience includes appraising numerous farm and residential properties, as well as financing, and in many cases the sale of farm and residential properties. He has completed various real estate appraisal courses and has been a member of the Farm Credit Appraisal Society. Earle Steeves has a B.S. degree from Cornell University, College of Agriculture, Ithaca, New York. He has completed numerous courses in real estate appraisal at the college level, as well as internal Farm Credit appraisal seminars. Memberships include past member of Farm Credit Appraisal Society, Hunterdon County Board of Agriculture, Land Use Advisory Board to New Jersey Department of Agriculture, Governor's Task Force on Agricultural Credit, Governor's Economic “Master Plan Commission”- Agriculture, Agri-business and Fisheries Task Force, Rutgers University - Cook College Board of Managers. FARMS Commission- N.J. Dept. of Agriculture Strategic Plan for Agriculture, former Chairman of Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce, Chairman - Acorn Montessori School, member- Business and Industry Advisory Committee to N.J. Planning Commission. Present memberships include the Hunterdon County Parks & Recreation Advisory Board and the Union Township Parks and Recreation Committee. |
| Barbara has over 35 years experience
in office administration and management. She is a licensed real estate associate
and has 10 years experience at Max Spann Auction Co. Barbara is the liaison
between the Seller and the Auction Team. She is responsible for marketing
the property, including scheduling advertising, preparing brochures and
obtaining all pertinent documentation necessary for the successful promotion
auction and execution of our auctions. |
| Woody Bibko is a licensed New Jersey
Real Estate Broker for 42 years. He left N.Y.C as a stock and bond broker
in 1962 and started his own company, as a Real Estate, Stock and Bond, and
an Insurance Broker. Woody concentrates his work in Warren, Hunterdon, and
Morris Counties . His years of experience have given him a great knowledge
of the Northern area of New Jersey and Pennsylvania .
Woody Bibko is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston , Ill , with a degree in Speech and Communications, and many special studies in Business and Finance. His yearly studies help keep him in touch with our ever changing laws and rules in the real estate markets. The most recent studies and changing activities of the NJ DEP and Highlands Commission require these studies for the best interest of our clients. Woody served as President of the Washington Borough Chamber of Commerce and founded the “Washington Celebrates America ” Fourth of July Parade and Celebration. He also served as CEO of the Mount Scott Institute in White Township , Warren County. |
| Mr. Daniel has been active in the
farm and real estate auction business for over 40 years. During that period
he has managed and conducted over 800 cattle/farm equipment/farm land auctions
throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Connecticut. His clientele
includes private individuals, the IRS, County governments, banks, etc. Mr.
Daniel also has a land consulting business advising both farmers and government
entities on farmland preservation.
Mr. Daniel is a graduate of the prestigious Missouri Auction School. A lifetime resident of New Jersey, he is renowned for his tremendous ability of bringing buyers and seller together. |
| Mr. Hahn has a long and distinguished career in auctioneering being a former national president of the National Auctioneers Association. Recently, he was inducted in the National Auctioneers Association’s Auctioneer Hall of Fame. Mr. Hahn is the lead auctioneer for the Max Spann Auction Co. |
| Alfred Finocchiaro, Auctioneer/Appraiser/Sales
Associate has been an auctioneer since 1980. He conducts auction sales and
appraisals for individuals, businesses and government, has a background
in agriculture and machine trades and is well acquainted with tool, machinery
and farm equipment liquidations.
Currently he is the president of the New State Society of Auctioneers,
president Cooperative Auction Market Association, Inc and a member of
the National Auctioneers Association and he is a licensed real estate
agent in New Jersey. Having earned the prestigious GPPA (Graduate Personal
Property Appraiser) designation he is currently working towards the CAI
(Certified Auctioneers Institute) designation. Alfred conducts “Road
Show” style appraisals for clubs and organizations where he speaks
on collectibles. |
| Angela Mikaliunas is Administrative Coordinator of Max Spann Real Estate and Auction Company. She is a Licensed New Jersey Real Estate Agent, and has attended a number of seminars on customer relationship and support. As part of the sales team Angela's duties include oversight and maintenance of the database. In addition, she is responsible for creation of marketing materials, advertising on websites, customer service and for providing team support on special project assignments and open houses. |
Norman Zimmer is a Sales Associate on the Max Spann Auction Team and leads the Bankruptcy and Reorganization initiative. His responsibilities include assisting with e-marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and individual client sales. Mr. Zimmer has twenty years experience in CRM database systems, corporate website coordination, business systems consultant, and business development manager. Mr. Zimmer has a B.S. from the University of Hartford and M.B.A from Fordham University. Norman is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA). He is a New Jersey and Pennsylvania licensed real estate salesperson. |
John Dobos is a Licensed New Jersey & Pennslyvania Real Estate Agent on the Max Spann Auction Team. His responsibilities include assisting with development of the marketing and advertising plans, customer relationship management, and individual client sales. Mr. Dobos's twenty plus years experience in the hospitality industry provide a unique perspective and set of skills to the overall Max Spann Real Estate Team. John is a graduate of Middlesex County College. |
Bill Spann is a graduate of Villanova University and has been a professional realtor for 40 years. Raised on a dairy farm in Oldwick, Bill knows his way around Hunterdon, Somerset, Morris, Warren Counties and beyond. Before becominn a realtor, Bill worked in Human Resources for RCA Service Corporation in Alaska and New Jersey and has served as the Chairman of the Hunterdon County MLS. Bill's customers regularly comment on his integrity and good nature. Bill got his start as a realtor working for his brother Max, and went on to open his own agency which he ran for 35 years until he sold it in 2005. He is delighted to be working with Max once again. On a personal note, Bill is the proud father of nine children and 18 grandchildren. He and his wife of 45 years live in Clinton Township. When Bill is not working, he is spending time with his family and vacationing in Maine. Bill is very active with his church, Immaculate Conception in Annandale, NJ. He is also a volunteer driver for the American Cancer Society and has helped to raise puppies for the Seeing Eye of Morristown. |
Mabel Raymond is Project Manager for Max Spann Auction Company. Mabel helps organize phases of auctions as well as assist with marketing and sales initiatives. She assists with outreach to the community with regards to press relations and day to day facets of auction operations. Mabel comes to Max Spann with a diverse background in administration and management. Her experience includes five years in new home construction sales throughout Pennsylvania & New Jersey with a concentration in active adult lifestyle communities. Mabel is a bi-lingual licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, a member of the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and a Pennsylvania Notary. She is a graduate of Lehigh Carbon Community College with an applied science degree. |
Mr. McDonald is Regional Director of Business Development for the Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co. Mr. McDonald has over 20 years of diverse experience in residential and commercial real estate as a builder, developer, land acquisition/ disposition specialist, and sales/marketing executive. During his career, Mr. McDonald has purchased, entitled, built and managed the development of hundreds of residential units and numerous award-winning resort communities on behalf of various entities. His multi-faceted experience includes land acquisition/ disposition, financing, product design/development, site improvements, asset management, sales, marketing, homeowner association management and commercial leasing. Mr. McDonald is a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a concentration in Architecture. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey. In addition, he is a member of the Builders League of the South Jersey (BLSJ), the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). |
