Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co, is proud to conclude two major auctions in the past 10 days, bringing over $16 Million.

They are as follows:

  • A 91.3+/- acre development site in Wall Township, NJ by order of the Superior Court of New Jersey in conjunction with Ansell Grimm & Aaron law firm, with Brian Ansell, Esq acting as Trustee and Michael Benedetto acting as counsel to the Trustee, resulting in a $9.7M high bid.
  • A commercial retail building on Route 46 in Parsippany, NJ with our partner AJ Willner Auctions on behalf of the US Bankruptcy Court in conjunction with Ken A. Rosen, Esq of Ken Rosen Advisors, Liquidating Trustee and Richard D. Trenk, Esq of Trenk, Isabel, Siddiqi, & Shahdanian law firm, counsel for Trustee, resulting in a $6.65M high bid.
